HR & Recruiting Manager (m/f/d)Berlin

Forte Digital builds relevant digital products for our clients by combining the power of data, technology, and design. We create meaningful experiences and deliver value across the entire customer journey all while working in joint interdisciplinary teams with our clients. As Human Resources Manager at Forte Digital, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, HR administration and you will support in recruitment activities.

You should be based in Berlin to join our Forte Team in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all recruiting efforts e.g. creating and posting job advertisements, communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Partner with managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance
  • Assist managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development plans
  • Create and maintain accurate HR records and documents, including employee files, contracts, and HRIS (Personio) data
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Engaging in project-related activities related to company culture, employer branding, etc.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a HR role
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in payroll support is a big plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Business fluent in German and English
