Forte Digital Welcomes Industry Veterans to Strengthen Marketing Team
Arild Horsberg and Are Solberg are joining Forte Optimize, a division of Forte Digital, to collaborate with Agnete Tøien Pedersen in building Norway's leading team in customer journeys, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing.
Arild Horsberg and Are Solberg are the latest additions to Forte Optimize, Forte Digital's specialized company focused on growth and marketing services. Horsberg has led Bas Kommunikasjon, an agency specializing in personalized communication, for over 30 years. He is bringing with him Are Solberg, the former COO of the same company.
– We've been closely following Forte Digital for a while and are genuinely impressed by what they've accomplished in such a short time. We're particularly excited to work cross-functionally with the entire company—not just with marketers as we're used to, but also with skilled developers, IT architects, data scientists, designers, and consultants, says Horsberg.
Both Horsberg and Solberg will become partners in Forte Optimize, which is led by former Kahoot executive Agnete Tøien Pedersen. Together, they will spearhead Forte Optimize's efforts in personalized communication and MarTech (marketing technology).

She believes that Forte Optimize will gain an edge over more traditional marketing agencies, particularly in the field of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Are Solberg will be responsible for building this bridge.
