Flying Health sets course for the future with new shareholder structure

The strategic realignment of the Health Community with Wort & Bild Mediengruppe, Sana Kliniken and Forte Digital as additional shareholders creates innovative strength and strengthens its role as a driver of digitalization in the healthcare sector. Falk H. Miekley (Wort & Bild) and Darius Niroumand (Forte Digital) have been added to the management team.

Flying Health, the leading ecosystem for innovation in the German healthcare sector, has a new structure: with Wort & Bild Mediengruppe, Sana Kliniken and Forte Digital as additional shareholders, expertise in healthcare communication, medical care and technological innovation is being bundled. This step will enable Flying Health to continue to shape and shape digitalization with a clear vision in the future: Patients should benefit from efficient, accessible and safe healthcare solutions that meet the highest quality standards as well as ethical and regulatory requirements.

The new shareholder structure increases Flying Health's strategic reach and its ability to seamlessly integrate digital technologies into the everyday lives of patients, healthcare professionals and business stakeholders. The aim is to create real innovations that bring tangible improvements for everyone involved - from clinical practice to the patient's private environment.

In addition to Dr. Lilia Kotchoubey, the current Managing Director of Flying Health, Falk H. Miekley (Wort & Bild Mediengruppe) and Darius Niroumand (Forte Digital) will also join the management team. Dr. Markus Müschenich and Christian Lautner, the founding team of Flying Health, will also remain on board as shareholders.
